Extension of date for premium payment under SAIL Mediclaim Scheme (2023-24)

 

It is hereby informed that with reference to SAIL Mediclaim Scheme (2023-24), the following has been decided:

 

a.    For those members who have yet not renewed their membership under the policy period 2023-24, a window has been provided between 26^th August to 30^th August, 2023, during which such members can renew their membership. 

 

b.          Ex-employees who wish to enrol under the Scheme as Gap cases, may enrol under the scheme during the aforementioned period. 

 

c.          Those members who have already renewed their Base-membership, but have not availed the Top-Up facility may do so during this period. However, only those members can apply for Top-Up facility, who have not availed Hospitalization during the current policy-period or have not submitted any IPD claim during the current policy-period. Further, Top-up facility will only be available for such members, after 4 working days from the date of payment of applicable premium in this regard.
