Boarding / Lodging at Ranchi for Apex Council Meeting on April 12-13, 2015

Apex Council Members/ Invitees,

Once again the details of the Meeting below:

• Date:  April 12-13, 2015 (Sunday+Monday)
• Place: SAIL Satellite Township at Ranchi  http://wikimapia.org/#lang=en&lat=23.332538&lon=85.299574&z=18&m=b
• Starting Time: 10.30 AM of 12th April
• Closing Time:  5.00 PM of 13th April

1. The arrangement for your stay in Ranchi has been made for FREE in AC & Non-AC Rooms of Ispat Executive Hostel (CET Guest House) and Twin House Visitors Hostel in SAIL Satellite Township (Colony) 
2. At this point of time Ranchi has a good comfort giving weather condition and AC etc will not be required.  
3. Meeting place is also in the same SAIL Satellite Township close to the Visitors Hostel.
4. Delegates will be required to make partial payment for FOOD. 
5. Auto Charges: On your arrival at the Station please take an Auto (which are available in abundance) for Ispat Executive Hostel located in SAIL Satellite Colony.

• Rs.120-150/ for Ranchi Railway Station - SAIL Satellite Township (about 7 km)
• Rs.100-120/ for Hatia Railway Station - SAIL Satellite Township (about 4 km) 

7. On your arrival in the Satellite Colony/ Ispat Executive Hostel Office bearers/ volunteers of SAIL Ex-Employees Association shall meet you.

• I request the office bearers of each of the Member/ Unit Associations to kindly send us at the earliest the list and Arrival-Departure programme of their delegates so that inconvenience to the delegates is minimised.
• Pl. also send the items to be included in the Agenda at the earliest. 

Note: 

A) The Associations which are not formally affiliated yet also may depute a maxm. of three delegates and inform us.

B) The delegates may try for Tatkal tickets if the wait listed is not confirmed/ tickets are not available.  

C) Pl. refer your queries, if any, to us

C) Pl. ask Auto driver at Ranchi/ Hatia to take you to 'Satellite Colony' (Where DPS School is located) 

Pl. note that Ranchi is well connected by rail route from all directions through two of the Stations - Ranchi and Hatia.Yet we may guide you if you want to know the details.

Note: Pl. drop a line confirming Arrival-Departure programme of your Unit's representatives.
