Following the decision of the FORSE Apex Council which can be seen in the links
the FORSE representatives (Chairman, Vice Chairman & GS) participated in the Coalition meeting on April 29-30, 2018.
Its MOM and other details are given below according to which
(i) it was decided to file a historic petition in the Supreme Court with a minimum of 40000 petitioners to file a petition @Rs 100/- per petitioner
(iii) A Working Committee of Delhi and Non-Delhi based members was formed with FORSE represented by Chairman (V N Sharma-East zone) and Vice -Chairman (J S Nagabhushan-South zone).
(iv) A Legal Committee consisting of 5 members was formed to look after the preparation of the petition, fixing of lawyer(s) and the terms and conditions and all other related issues till the final Order of the Apex Court was available and implemented by authorities concerned.
(v) Based on this, FORSE collected the details of 3773 Retiree petitioners and transmitted them to Legal Committe with a sum of Rs 372200/- to Struggle Fund Ac. For technical reasons, FORSE joined NCR as an Associate Member.
