Dear SAIL Retirees / Employees (yet to retire),
Please note that the Transfer Petition filed by EPFO in Supreme Court, has now been posted to be listed in 1stweek of April 2018. This will require a decision by the Coalition Group for EPS 95 an organisation of over 50 Public & Private sector Enterprises and Banks formed for the purpose of how to join the case in SC.
For this purpose a meeting of the Coalition members (incl FORSE) is tentatively planned any time around 10th of April in Delhi. We will be required to provide data on behalf of SAIL retirees like how many are desirous of getting the benefits of full pension under EPS-95 Pension and how many will join the court case and make their share of financial contribution for the cause. (Exact amount will be decided in or after Delhi meeting) This is according to the recent decision by the FORSE Apex Council at Kolkata which can be seen in https://sailex.blogspot.in/2018/02/forse-apex-council-decision-related-to.html

Pl let me know with a firm commitment, if you so desire, to be listed for a court case. As detailed above you will be required to make financial contribution if you desire to be listed and get the benefit of court order after the amount of contribution is decided by the Coalition and finally by FORSE.
