Decision of supreme court uphold higher gratuity amount for asam finance corporation retired employees once the state fix higher gratuity. gratuity limit increased from 7 to 15 lakh, court said gratuity ceiling limit declared islinked with date state govt. notified than why not applicable for sail employee?
If other psu are giving benifit of cutoff date why sail is not following. Better to go for apeal in court.
