FORSE Council meeting at Bhilai Sept 20-21, 2014

Dear Members,

As decided in March Meeting the FORSE Council will meet at Bhilai on Sept 20-21, 2014. Detailed Agenda will be posted later. In view of this

1. President / GS of the Member Associations are advised to depute a maxm of 3 nominees to attend the meeting on behalf of their Association. Please book your journey tickets to reach Bhilai by evening of 19th or morning of 20th Sept.
2. The Members who have not formed an Association yet may also attend as an Invitee provided they intimate their programme in advance with confirmed journey plan.
3. Pl. inform Sri Saroj Das in Bhilai about your arrival-departure plan through e-mailsarojrdas@gmail.com  or SMS to 9425556619 or talk to him on this No. with a copy to Sri Abhay Kumar Das, GS, FORSE
